If the ClearQuarter Quarterly Action Sheet was not useful to you, email PLACEHOLDER_SUPPORT_EMAIL within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.

Why it's framed this way

This is a planning and organizational tool, not a guarantee of any tax outcome, savings, or penalty avoidance. Refund eligibility is based on whether the product itself was useful to you as a tool, not on your actual tax results, which depend on your own circumstances and decisions.

How to request a refund

1. Email PLACEHOLDER_SUPPORT_EMAIL within 14 days of your purchase date.
2. Include the email address you used to purchase and, if available, your order/payment confirmation from Razorpay.
3. We will confirm receipt and process the refund through Razorpay, back to your original payment method.

Processing time

Refunds are processed through Razorpay. The exact time for a refund to appear depends on Razorpay's and your bank's or card issuer's own processing times, which ClearQuarter does not control — we will confirm with you once the refund has been submitted on our end.

Digital delivery

Because the Quarterly Action Sheet is delivered digitally and immediately, this refund window exists specifically to remove purchase risk on a digital product you can't "return" in a physical sense — you're welcome to request a refund even after downloading the file.
