ClearQuarter aims to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA guidelines. This is a small, static site, and this statement describes what is actually implemented rather than an aspirational compliance claim.

What's implemented

• Semantic HTML headings and landmark structure (header, nav, main, footer) on every page
• A "skip to content" link on every page for keyboard users
• Visible keyboard focus outlines on links, buttons, and form fields
• Every calculator input has an associated, visible label — no input relies on placeholder text alone
• Calculator error messages are shown as visible text, not conveyed by color alone
• Descriptive link and button text (for example, "Calculate my estimate" rather than "Click here")
• Descriptive alt text on the Quarterly Action Sheet preview image
• No essential content or function relies on JavaScript-only custom widgets in place of native HTML controls — the calculator uses native number inputs and a native select element
• Responsive layout that works at desktop, tablet, and mobile widths
• No animation or motion effects are used, so there is nothing to trigger with a reduced-motion preference

Known limitations

This statement has not yet been verified with an automated accessibility scanner or a screen-reader walkthrough by someone experienced with assistive technology. Contrast ratios were chosen deliberately for readability but have not been formally measured against WCAG's numeric thresholds page-by-page.
